How to Use our Self-Calculating Excel Order Form - It's Simple!

Within the Excel document (click on the image below to download), there are five colored tabs at the bottom of the document, labeled: (1) Grade Level Kits, (2) Individual Titles, (3) Reader's Theater, Jr., and (4) Camp Reader's Theater Kits.

To navigate between these ordering options and special materials, click on the tab you wish to view.

Within each tab, you can type the quantity of each product you would like in the "Qty" column and your total will auto-calculate at the bottom of the form.

When you enter quantities for products in multiple tabs, the total price between all tabs will update on the Individual Titles tab.

Print each form used and fax or mail in with your P.O.!
